PROMOTIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS: FLIGHT TICKET GARCIA GIVEAWAY (via Instagram)

General 
These promotional terms and conditions apply to the Garcia giveaway “WIN a ticket to spend The Holidays together” by Garcia, located at Van Hennaertweg 8, 2952 CA in Alblasserdam.  

Promotion set-up 
The promotion period runs from Tuesday 6 December to Saturday 17 December. You can enter this giveaway once per Instagram account. If it turns out that someone has participated in this giveaway several times, Garcia may cancel any prize awarded to this person. Everyone who follows @garcia.jeanswear on Instagram, shared the win post and shared their favorite Christmas photo, tagged @garcia.jeanswear and used the hashtag #SHARETHEHOLIDAYSTOGETHER, will be entered into a chance to win one return flight ticket to and from a destination of your choice. 

Drawing 
There is one drawing of one winner. The draw will take place on Saturday, December 17, 2022. During this draw, a winner will be drawn independently from among the participants. The winner will be awarded one return ticket to a destination chosen by the winner. The maximum amount is 1000 euros. The winner will receive a personal message via a private message on Instagram as soon as possible after announcement on the Garcia Instagram account. 

Conditions for Participation 
The promotion is open to everyone who has a permanent place of residence and residence where he or she is registered as a resident. Participation is excluded for persons under the age of 18. Garcia reserves the right to void the prize if the entrant is under 18 years of age. 

Conditions of the return tickets to be won 

• This prize is for one economy return ticket for one adult to a destination chosen by the winner, inclusive of any date and flight surcharges and handling fees. 

• The return ticket to be won has a value of a maximum 1000 euros.  

The trip does not include: 

• Accommodation and on-site care; 

• Transfers in the country of departure and at the destination; 

• Parking costs 

• Any surcharges for seat and luggage reservations; 

• Excursions and/or other trips; 

• Travel and cancellation insurance (this must be taken out by the winner himself); 

• All expenses of a personal nature. 

Additional conditions related to travel 

• The winner is responsible for a valid travel document. Please note that for the destination in question, this travel document may still have to be valid for some time after your stay. Garcia reserves the right to request any additional documentation it deems necessary in its sole discretion. 

• Please note that additional measures and guidelines may apply to this trip due to the coronavirus. These can change at any time. 

• Without prejudice to the aforementioned, the winner himself remains responsible for obtaining additional information from the relevant authorities about passports and visa requirements and must also check in good time before departure whether the information previously obtained has not changed in the meantime. 

• The flight ticket must be booked before January 6, 2023.  

• The latest departure date for these tickets is March 31, 2023. This departure date is in consultation with us and based on availability. School holidays are excluded. 

• Garcia reserves the right to make changes to the agreement for any reason. 

• This prize is not transferable to other persons or exchangeable for cash or a travel voucher.

Personal data and privacy 

• We collect personal data for this competition. This concerns your Instagram profile and the winner's e-mail address. We do this carefully and according to the guidelines of our Privacy Policy. We use your data to communicate about this giveaway. 

• Entrants who submit incorrect personal data will not be eligible to win prizes. 

• As the winner, you will, if requested, cooperate in related publicity for promotional activities in connection with this competition. Winners who cooperate are not entitled to any compensation of any kind. 

• The winner will be mentioned by name and Instagram account on Garcia's Instagram account. 

Other provisions 

• Garcia may change or discontinue the terms of this promotion, or the terms of the prizes awarded at any time, without cause and without prior notice. 

• If the trip cannot be carried out due to a situation of force majeure or as a result of measures or travel advice prescribed by the local or national government related to an epidemic or pandemic disease - including but not limited to COVID-19 - a new departure date will be sought in consultation.

• In all situations not covered by these terms and conditions, the decision is reserved to Garcia. 

• By participating in this promotion, you declare that you have taken note of and agree to these promotion conditions. 

• Dutch law applies to this competition. Any disputes must be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam.
